Massimo Iosa Ghini

He is considered as one of the most important Italian architects and designers in the international project scenario. Massimo Iosa Ghini (Bologna, 1959) is the founder of the cultural movement “Bolidismo” and member of the Ettore Sottsass Memphis group. In 1990, he opened the Iosa Ghini Associati studio. Currently, the studio works in Milan, Bologna, Moscow and Miami with projects for international developers that focus on their project skills for every scale and function. In the field of product and furniture design he collaborates with international excellences of the sector. Many of his works are situated in numerous museum collections. He obtained numerous international awards and mentions. He can boast the Good Design Award of the Chicago Athe-naeum and the Roscoe Award, the IAI Green Design Award (China), the iF Product Design Award and the Red Dot Award. In 2013, the Triennale di Milano dedicated to him an entire anthology “Dagli esordi all’oggi sostenibile” (From the beginning to the sustainable present). Among his main works regarding interior design and architecture stand out the worldwide development of the chains of the Ferrari Store and Kiko Store, the IBM Software Executive Briefing Center (EBC), the headquarter of Capital Group in Moscow.
