Nicholas Bewick


Nicholas Bewick was born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Great Britain and undertook his architectural studies at Canterbury School of Architecture and is a member of the RIBA. Following his practical training and initial professional experiences at Michael Hopkins Architects in London he moved to Milan in 1985 to undertake a Master in Design at the Domus Academy. After completing the course he started his long term collaboration and partnership with Michele De Lucchi. The success of projects for Deutsche Bank and Deustche Bahn led to the foundation of Studio and Partners which he helped lead. Nicholas re-entered Michele De Lucchi Studio (Now called AMDL Circle) in 2010 where he has been responsible for projects such as the UniCredit Pavilion in Milan. Today he is the studio art director leading research and concepts for the development of ltalian and international architectural projects.
