Lucia Borgonzoni

She was born in 1976. She earned a diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna- Accademia Clementina. She works as interior designer and exhibits her works in numerous exhibitions. She held numerous institutional offices at the Municipality and Province of Bologna. In 2018, she was nominated Undersecretary of State for Cultural Assets and activities. She assists the Minister in all the activities and functions to develop and promote the cinematographic and audiovisual industry within the remit of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Assets and activities. In addition to that, she coordinates initiatives regarding the implementation of UNESCO Conventions and relationships with the Italian Episcopal Conference (CEI), Jewish Communities and other religious faiths in aiming at protecting cultural assets.
