Riccardo Guasco

Riccardo Guasco, illustrator and painter, was born in Alessandria in 1975. He took inspiration from cubism and futurism and from characters with the likes of Picasso, Depero, Feininger, Cassandre and falls in love completely with manifesto as a mean of communication that educates to the use of images: in his works, he mixes poetry and irony and creates images that make the eyes smile. His illustrations appear on advertising campaigns, magazines, books, hats and bicycles. Among others, he collaborated with The New Yorker, Eni, TIM, Diesel, Rizzoli, Baldini & Castoldi, Poste Italiane, Giunti, Moleskine, Thames & Hudson, DeAgostini, Sole 24 Ore, Emergency, Greenpeace, Rai, L’Espresso, Martini and Fendi.
