Roberta Pantieri

Roberta Pantieri obtained a PHD at the University of Modena carrying on detailed studies in neurological sciences and degenerative diseases. Since 2000, she is the person in charge for the CDCD (center of the dementia cognitive deterioration) with neurological orientation. It is the only center in Bologna collaborating with the most important centers abroad and in Italy working in this sector using innovative diagnostic tools. She focused on the study of atypical forms and forms affecting young people. Her research deals with early therapies and ongoing support. In 2007, she founds AIMA BOLOGNA ONLUS. To this date, she is still its president and the curator of projects supporting people suffering from the Alzheimer’s disease and their families.
